About the Author
Dr. Christine Barnes is an organization development expert, executive coach, and change leader who helps executives and teams tackle complex challenges while building inclusive, innovative work environments. Her doctoral dissertation, “Inclusionary Practices of Leaders in a Biotechnology Company: A Gap Analysis,” was the inspiration for this book.
