About the Author

Jason Blackwell spent more than a decade serving as an officer in the British Royal Navy. After passing the grueling commando course, he was awarded the much-coveted green beret. He then spent five years as part of the elite 3 Commando Brigade, eventually concluding his military career attached to US SEAL Team 3 during the Iraq War. In 2005, Blackwell moved to the United States and cofounded Hatwell Group, which specializes in helping clients in the financial services industry develop leadership and communication skills.
