About the Author
Frank P. Prager, a lifelong fan of Shakespeare, worked for nearly thirty years at a major American utility, where he helped develop his company’s energy, sustainability, and climate strategies and led its federal advocacy, communications, and security programs. He retired in 2025 and resides in Colorado with his wife and dog and spends his time helping care for his grandchildren.
